Every order placed on crateandbarrels.shop ships at no charge. There is no minimum cart total. The live checkout method is free shipping, and the same rule is stated in the announcement bar, the cart, and the footer.

A tracking note is sent when a parcel leaves. If a scan stalls, write to crateandbarrel@gmail.com or call (847) 278-2888 with the order number. Furniture and other bulky lines still check out without a shipping surcharge here, though the calendar can run longer than for a mug or a small accessory.

Please enter a complete street address, including apartment or gate information a driver would need. We cannot reroute a carton already scanned toward a new city. If the typed address is wrong, write at once so the label can be reviewed.

Duties and import tax, if a destination requires them, are separate from our outbound shipping charge. This shop does not add an outbound shipping line because every order ships free.
